Today we went to the church to celebrate Easter. This term, Year 1 have been learning about the importance of Easter to Christians and how Christians prepare for Easter. We have also been learning about Easter traditions. I hope you all have a lovely Easter break.
This morning we spent a long time cuddling and playing with our chicks. They are leaving us today and heading off to good homes for more cuddles.
This week we have been learning about the life cycle of a chick and how to take care of chicks. My goodness they sure do make a mess! 🙂
We had great fun today testing just how strong eggs really are. We were all very surprised. We also made predictions about whether eggs would float or sink in salty water.
